Who wan ready this thesis of meaninglessness?

It isn't "thesis of meaninglessness"! Learn to cope with opposing views. The guy has so deftly analysed the problems beseting Edo politics at the moment and his analyses are full of great lessons to be learnt by people willing to be objective.

Sometimes I wonder why, of all the bright minds in this country, people are always faced with two horrible candidates in every election. I simply cannot believe that these two are the very best to come out of Edo. But then again, the same thing is happening in the US. Of all the people to choose from it's Biden v Trump. Lol.

Kasim Afegbua move to APC and stop all these three weeks ago you were lambasting APC from two weekd ago you started praising APC.

Atiku's type of politicians jumping from one party to other.

In as much as I always wanted APC to win in Rivers State but Edo and Lagos should go the way of APC.

It's just Wike's loud mouth that might spoil show for Obaseki, PDP wouldn't have involved Wike in Edo election, the presidency and some APC big shots are sympathetic to Obaseki just like they do for Willy Obiano, Dave Umahi and Ben Ayade.

But Wike's involvement might make the presidency and APC big shots reconsider their support to Obaseki.

I stand with Obaseki to send message to Oshiomhole and Tinubu.

why you dey confuse yourself like this? stop talking weed, or better still, consult your psychiatric hospital.

Kasim Afegbua should please park for one corner. Corni corni man. I hope he is not trying to use style style to attach himself to Ize Iyamu and eventually join APC if Iyamu wins. But as we all know Edo state is back to PDP and PDP will retain the state.

It is not easy contesting for elective offices and much more winning. I have not heard that Kasim Afegbua ever contested for an elective office talk more of winning one. If he thinks he is popular then he can contest for a position. He should stop hiding under political contestants and waiting for offices to be given to him freely after they win.

Funnily he addresses himself as "honourable ex commissioner" while others who have fought and won elections address themselves appropriately.

He is always neither here nor there. I thought that with Babangida as his major principal he could have remained in the PDP. Babangida whose name and connection he uses has for ever been in the PDP. He joined Oshiomole thinking that he could eat from two ends but left after demonising Oshiomole.

Hopefully he will not change his stance after PDP roundly defeats APC in September.

Who wan ready this thesis of meaninglessness?

Pastor Ize-Iyamu's comportment, diligence at delivering responsibilities, sense of organisation and marksmanship, are direct opposite of Governor Obaseki's combative style, laced with blackmail, pretentiousness and over santimoniousness.

Democracy talks about constructive engagement and collective bargaining. It preaches inclusion not exclusion. It reinforces participation, involvement and collectivity. Governor Obaseki is the opposite of what an ideal democratic situation should be. His politics is destructive, exclusive, and demonising. He acts alone, intoxicated by the sheer banality of being called the leader of the party, and glamourises in the vainglorious euphoria that he owns life and death.

He fought against Dr. Odubu's nomination as NDDC chairman, ditto for Victor Ekhator, both of them proud Edo sons. When Honourable Samson Osagie lost his appointment in the Space Technology agency, the Obaseki group celebrated. Till date, 14 duly elected lawmakers are still roaming the streets because the conquistador in Osadebe Avenue won't allow them to be inaugurated.

Obaseki is a goner! There is no way he's winning the election, no way!

If PDP members in Edo state and their supporters on Nairaland have functioning brain, they would have known this. You don't change your character or who you are by just moving from party A to party B. But the truth is that he can't win
