The fact that APC is not as popular as PDP in Rivers does not mean Amaechi has any issues going to Rivers.

I doubt that you live or know anything about Rivers state

Here in Rivers the eiltes and the educated people are more on Amaechi's side while the government people, the streets people and touts are more on Wike side.
And as you would expect the touts and street people are much more.

APC are too compassionate in my own personal opinion. If wetin PDP do us in Edo state is anything to go by, APC suppose show them wetin de do to opposition party. I decided not to play active politics ever since PDP directed security men guiding INEC collation center to chase all of us in opposition waiting for announcement of result into Catholic cementry. That is when election was declared do or die affair.

So I expect APC to build the country from what Jonathan did in 2015 with jega.

If u say there was no National focus on that election, then you were sleep-walking like a typical zombie during the entire Rivers election process.
Wike won that election even when all the forces were against him. It was one of the most undemocratic events to ever take place in Nigeria but he still won because that was the will of the Rivers people.
On Edo election, whoever the people want will will. The will of the people is always greater than Federal might.
