Hello sir. I think the correct answer for the bolded should be dissolved since all the agenda have been discussed.
Also, adjourn is synonymous to postpone...

Adjourn means suspend

You can't "dissolve" a meeting that is not final. To dissolve means to "disband" or "terminate".

You can dissolve a committee, parliament etc
