Reality check:
Is there anyone remainid n any of the security apparatus in this country whose hand is not soiled with corruption, or neck deep in unsavoury communion with fraudulent politicians? Getting someone in the diaspora may be the best bet. Too bad.

A lot of foolish arguments on this platform, who really exposed Magu, was it an angel that did expose him, no but one of the ministers in PMB's regime and the latter did not cover it but asked for his immediate probe, some other dubious Nigerians would not have called for the probe but will post him out, please lazy youths go and look for something to do, when you are fully ready you take over from them
And you think that you are making sense?

So after FIVE YEARS of unleashing a corrupt and inept Magu on Nigerians..

Despite the damming evidence against him and the repeated rejection by the Senate,we should start applauding Buhari for finally realizing his folly?

Indeed, you are the very epitome of wisdom.. shocked

So do you think that the DSS could ever have gone against Magu without Buhari's approval?

Or do you think that Magu could have faced any panel at the Presidency without Buhari's approval?

It's either people are being foolish or being mischievous.

The sanction of Magu is actually a plus to Buhari than a minus to him.
Buhari appointed a fellow thief to head the Efcc

Yeah right.. Its a big plus to him..

Rubbish, DSS, EFCC and rest of them are criminals. Why haven't they arrested Buhari for at least questioning . On the basses that , as the Minister of Petroleum , just recently, all three Refineries in Nigeria of which he's the Leader reported losses . Instead they spent way more than they claimed they made. Gave themselves all kinds of Bonus for losing. Arrant nonsense.

@ let me summarise for you. Your darling daddy presented Magu to the Senate twice inspite of the fact that they never approved him. He then went on to keep him in acting capacity just to ensure he headed the so called anti corruption fight of Buhari.

But don't worry I have a good defense for you grin
Buhari is clean and thought Magu is clean too inspite of findings by the Senate that he had pending issues that were glaring for everyone to see.

I'm still waiting for the day apc supporters will get sense...keep defending apc. I love how he makes all of you look stupid and go silent when things like this happen.

You don't get it.
If Buhari was in charge, Magu should have been sacked like 4 years ago. The allegations against him is not new, it didn't just happen yesterday. The issue is that the real president Abba Kyari defending him and protecting him is gone. Now, Malami has seized the opportunity to get a pound of flesh on him due to his own personal issues with him. If Kyari was alive, nothing would have happened to him. Buhari is just dancing to the tune of the power blocks in his cabal. Buhari has no mind of his own.

Nigerian politicians can fool you if you are not smart enough to see through their plots. Spin doctors are now spinning it in favour of buhari when he himself is the culprit in all these nonsense because he is not in charge of anything in his government.

I think Buhari trusted this man so much that made him to kept him in acting capacity for this long. The same Buhari that trusted him is the same person using DSS to expose him. Baba eye don finally clear to see road.

Which of the Buhari is Clean?

if it is the one in Aso Rock, he is not.

He is corrupt and a terrorist running a state sponsored terrorism network.

The fact that he was hounded and ushered to a panel of investigation by DSS operatives was perhaps possible because of the power tussle in Aso Rock.

One of Magu’s staunchest supporters, Abba Kyari is no longer in the picture, the others, Tinubu and Osinbanjo, who once told journalists that “Magu is going nowhere” have fallen out of favour and the Attorney General, Abubakar Malami, who has strong ties with the DSS is consolidating his hold.

In my opinion, this summarizes the whole saga.

Hypocrites are not seeing it from that perspective, their interest is to paint Buhari black. Babachir Lawal was removed over corrupt charges, Adeosun was forced to resign and now Magu suspended just because they betrayed the trust of their employer but this amount to nothing before the wailers.

What do you expect from a serving police officer? Imagine appointing a Nigerian Police Officer as the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Lawyers in the house, is there any part of the EFCC Act that states that the Chairman must be a policeman?

Because it just doesn't make sense to take an officer of perhaps the most corrupt organisation to head the country's anti corruption fight

The senate long saw how deeply corrupt this Magu of a person was and declined to confirm him. Yet Major General Buhari refused to heed to the biddings of the law makers by replacing the kleptomaniac.

The same way the Service chiefs are underperforming on security matters and the General cannot replace them, yet the country continues to bleed in agony.

Buhari is the worst thing that ever happened to Nigeria. cry
