Its probably as a result of competition in that space from the likes of grubhub and door dash. Uber, door dash and grubhub are the 3 biggest food delivery companies, uber initially wanted to buy grubhub to consolidate but it wasn’t successful.

I think they’re not innovative that’s why, they have cash but are not aggressive in growth. Tech firms are in everything now, Facebook have plenty subsidiaries, Amazon too. They acquired periscope tho, that was a good one but they still don’t get as much ads as Facebook and posted a loss last quarter
