They never ever work as tellees, those are contract staff roles. They always understudy customer care and sales, tellers? Never.

@Beuharry is actually right as that was the norm in some banks years ago. When I joined the bank almost 15 years ago, I started as a front teller, merchant teller, funds transfer and other roles as assigned by my supervisor within operations unit until I became a supervisor. Then, we never had contract staff as operations staff until around 2008/2009. So branches usually had a mix of contract/full staff in operations. Few years ago, these trend was phased out as only contract staff were doing the teller jobs while an executive trainee employed today becomes their supervisor.

Final and most important step: Pray against Accra, or get involved in something (school, new business venture etc) that even if you land in Accra, it won't affect you that much.

Thank you. I joined in 2012. My first 2 years saw me work as teller, merchant teller, funds transfer office, before moving to supervisory roles.

Howwever, we want to add 1 more year of work experience but the issue is can a work experience be accepted during the time of a concurrent masters degree program.? His score is 456 hence the need to increase his points? thank you

It does not matter. Just be sure to indicate your masters was part time and the job full time.

Check the tie breaking date on IRCC website for today’s draw, that way you can know for sure.

Only if your score is 478, if it’s above that, tie breaker rule won’t apply to you.

ITA would drop. For all of you on 460s you would get yours in a couple of weeks. India , no ielts , that’s the issue. They represent over 60% of the pool . So as long as they are closed and they continue draws every two weeks, it would reach 450 sef

After all 450 was the normal draw before God knows what increased it to 470s

Hi All. Please I have 2 questions.

1. If I use my current ielts to create a profile, can I update the profile later when I write another ielts and get a better score?
2. I’m the primary applicant but my spouse is yet to get his evaluation and ielts. Can I create our profile now and update later when he gets these things.

I believe it will continue to drop if only regular draws continue and no ielts in India. We might be seeing the 450s era again

He can use the work experience while he was studying.
