@Jace, South Africa is the only country in Africa that's close to "1st World Status". The Arabs from north Africa know that. In SA we have Moroccan, Algerian, Libyan etc.. Immigrants who all agree SA Rocks is far developed than some countries in Europe and middle east. Yesterday I was chatting with a guy from Turkey his Serbian friend is married to a SA black woman. He loves SA he's into retail business lives between Jo'burg and Istanbul.

A ranking done by a nigeria is nothing special. They just rank something to represent something jorr.

You can't tell me Abuja is more developed and beautiful than Alexandria, Pretoria, Algiers, Tangier, Luanda, Bloemfontein, Durban, ETC??
Even Lagos can't compete with a lot of these cities let alone Abuja..

NOTE: Nobody is saying Lagos and Abuja are not beautiful/developed,
but we all have eyes, and we know which city looks developed and beautiful than this or that city....
We don't need a magician to tell us this.
