Trash bank with rude security personnels and customer care. They don't know how to treat their customers well. I regret opening account with them. I'll definitely close my account before this year runs out

On the contrary, Access bank should work on their understanding of acquisition of troubled banks because there are issues that can destroy the bank when they merge.

Since they acquired Diamond Bank, they've been having internal issues but they are keeping it from the public.

Chevron pulled out of a deal o purchase another one firm in the US and it turned out to be the best because the foolish firm who bought that company has been struggling till now.

You never lost noting send a mail to their head office.I paid for a token that was hanging.their zonal customer care nvr knew wat to do.I copied head office and branch manager saying branch manager was incompetent just a day i was credited back.Hit head office guy ok.

I was enjoying intercontinental bank , suddenly Access bank swallowed them. After some times, I started seeing debit alerts regularly on my account from access bank. They debited it to some stage that they don't have anything to debit from again. That is how I dash them (Access bank ) the account, let them carry their thing. I switch to another bank.

It's now the biggest bank in Nigeria by asset size, and the third most profitable banks in Nigeria, after zenith and gtb. Acquisitions seem to benefit them. I am sure they r open to acquiring more in Nigeria . They have the capacity

people with 1K? Its deposit base keeps growing so who are the people closing their accounts? only 10% of their customers own more than 90% of its deposit portfolio.
