Satan obviously.... God isnt running this mess

But in truth, Man actually runs the world. God created the earth and gave it to man Ps.115.16

No spirit being can operate on the earth without the human permission. That is why all spiritual deities have priests. Its those priests that they work through on the earth.

Native doctors and witches wreak havoc on lives and communities for the dark kingdom

Christians channel the power of God for activities for his kingdom...... Man is the constant factor

If Jesus was God, why did he say nothing when the Devil came to tempt him 3 times?

Remember the 3rd test when he said he had all the power and authority over the riches of the world and all he needed was for Jesus to fall down and worship him? If Jesus (GOD) was really the controller of the world at that time, why didn't he question the Devil's claim for ownership, Sir?

Look up 1John 5:19 let's see if it talks about the ruler of the world being God or not.
