I need number codes to reset memmcol prepaid meter. I tried to load my meter with airtime but it said failed. There is a number code you press and it stabilize it. I once had the number but I can’t find it again. I would be happy to get help

it worked, thank you so much. The only problem right now is that there's light on the meter but no light in the house upon the fact that there's more than enough credit on the meter, is there any other code I can try to that effect?

Then that’s a technical problem . It has to do with wire connection. Note I’m not a phcn official just trying to help bro

This worked, however I've been unable to load my units.
Upon punching in the 20 digit units, I get the response "CONNECT" and it goes on to display the existing balance.

Same problem here.
The above codes didn’t work. Only the first displayed something else.
But ultimately didn’t work for me.
Keep getting “failed”
I tried paying again for another token. Same results.

I found the codes to reset this kind of problem.
In case the above codes don’t work, try these.

990 then press enter. U’ll see a response.
0000 enter. U’ll see “good”
999 enter. U’ll get “reset”

Then remove the plug under the monitor/keypad and plug back in.
Then try loading the tokens again. It should work.

If you're recharging your meter for the first time, after reseting your meter, you need to enter a 40 digits token(unique to your meter) split 20-20. After entering the 40 digits, enter the 20 digits token purchased.

Contact customer care for this or buy your token from their outlet and state that it's your first recharge.
