My powerbank is fully charged, but it's not working when connected to phone.

If I connect it, the powerbank will go off.

how do I get it to start charging

plug the power to light then use the other port to charge your phone at once to see what will happen

You will need to pry it open (if it's not too difficult) then check properly where any wire is disconnected from it's right place. Since it charges then don't bother touching your charging port side o. just look around and snap anything out of the ordinary to upload here.

This kinda thing occurs when there is a short circuit in the current. Change the USB cable you use to Charge the phone from the bank.

if it persists, check your phone charging port well or even the output port of the bank.

There should be a small switch to turn on/off the power bank, when next it does that try pressing it to turn it back on.
