No. They're two different display technologies. If you need AMOLED get a device that has it. No matter how good an LCD display is, it's difficult to get the level of contrast as an AMOLED.

The Note 9s has a HDR display and content looks great with deep enough black levels but if you're used to AMOLED displays, get the Mi 9T instead.

Realme x2 got an AMOLED display and a snapdragon 730G under 100k.
Check jumia for the phone.
