Let me tell you the benefits of masturbation to health and well-being.Masturbation helps the body system in it's natural process.If you don't masturbate you will end up having wet dreams because either you masturbate or you don't,the body system will always find a way to remove the accumulated old sperms cell in order to produce new sperms,it is mostly by having wet dreams when you sleep.Masturbation relive stress, sexual tension, it induce good sleep,it promotes circulation of blood, it removes old cells,unwanted substance from your body system.as long as it is controlled e.g once a week or once in two weeks you can be a sexually balanced and oriented man/woman and also live a happy life.

Is there any book that says having wet dreams is bad? Wet dreams is actually the most natural way (for men) to ease sexual tension. Since that's the case, then why is it necessary to masturbate?
