The govt will now sell the conduit pipes or fibre optic cables(that's if they run that thru those conduits) to the service providers on a per meter basis. It's just a way of avoiding the continuous digging by the service providers.

I pray the project works in Nigeria because it failed or got abandoned in other countries grin **fingers crossed**

If you are referring to ZTE mf 286,it's worth the prize if the router can accept all network. If you buy MTN router, you will send more than that amount to break it
