On June 26, I shipped 2 items via topmid for same day delivery. By 4pm, neither was delivered. I texted Tope & she said they'd deliver after I pay. She hid the fact that her rider's bike broke down on Lagos Island. I got debited 2x & the item wasn't delivered till next day. No apologies, instead she was rude & dismissive. She claimed to be confirming the 2nd payment for 4 days then said she doesn't give refunds & I must book another delivery. She picked up the 2nd item worth N50,000 on July 3 & as at today July 10, she hasn't delivered it. She claimed the rain caused a delay, then she said the item wasn't properly labeled so she's not responsible for it. I've asked her to provide her address so I pick up my item. No response. Avoid this fraudster. I'll ensure she regrets it dearly. See screenshots below.

It's a Sham company that claims No Refund policy. This is not a cancellation of order but a Payment error, if your money was not refunded, kindly visit your bank a make a formal complaint. This should be part of what EFCC should look into and made them pay fine. It's a fraudulent activities to not allow Refund. Even bank allow Reversal on dispense errors. Wow.. Unfortunately I contacted them for a pickup and delivery.. Pickup and delivery that should have been made since Monday she's still giving excuses till today, being extremely rude and she hasn't even apologized for the inconvenience even once.. Horrible customer service.. Maybe I should make sure they don't even pick up so my goods don't disappear. 1 Like |
