I also got this update on 2 of my orders
1 has about 20 days to expiration of the 90 days BP while the other is still young, might have up to 40 days BP left.
I'm not bothered too. All I have to do is to decide whether I will ask for an extension of time after the 90 days in case I don't receive it before then or I might open a dispute but it's still early to make a decision now sha

Its your kind of post I've been looking for. I have been wondering what the average time for it to get to Lagos after showing " Despatched to overseas postal admin...". Mine showed that since 8th this month. Currently about 23/24 days in transit. I would wait till July 25th to see if I'm lucky like you man

We've been advised severally to chill whenever we place an order on AliExpress during this period as activities are gradually recovering.. only buy items you don't urgently need and source the urgently needed ones locally.
In cases where the item isn't available locally but you really need it, get ready to pay really high to ship it faster via DHL FedEx, etc plus the high probability of paying custom duty if youre unlucky as not everyone gets charged for custom duties..

Finally on your question, that's a difficult one to answer. I've been shopping on AliExpress since early 2018. But this pandemic has changed everything, though not permanently I hope.
Buyer's protection time is now 90 days instead of the former 60days. This means you can get a call to come claim your item from the nearest post office anytime within the 90days period.
You could be one of the lucky ones that get theirs before the 60 days mark.
Secondly, I will advise you to download the track24 app like I did. Register and add all your tracking numbers to it. Make sure you activate its notification so you can get real time updates on your orders. I currently have over 40 items yet to be claimed but am not bothered because anyone I don't receive after the 90 days, I will definitely get a refund for it.

Just chill and follow tracking updates, you'll definitely get your order..

Bro u worry too much, so far u didn't use FedEx or dhl u should expect something like this. Most of the sellers on AE will use Singpost for u if you are buying something expensive like phone except u use dhl of FedEx

So I lost a dispute today. I filed dispute 72hrs after purchase protection expiry.

Tracking showed that item has been in transit for 126 days, and has an "expired" status on 24track and 17track apps. No information that suggests it has gotten to destination and local PO has not informed of any arrival. Items ordered earlier than this item on Cainao have arrived.

I've appealed though, and I demand they show me a screenshot of their own tracking information that showed "waiting for pick-up" status.

Shipped on July 4th l it is already on its way to Nigeria.

This YANWEN people should just try and start taking phones. They will have plenty people to patronise them

Hello! For those of you that have 'Despatched to Overseas' orders for over a month, the problem is with the people at the receiving side and mobilization of items within the country. At least, 89% of those items are already in Nigeria

Yeah, the problem is mostly from NIPOST, an item could arrive Nigeria within two weeks but poor distribution service locally is the problem.

It takes 3-10 working days for the money to reflect in your account.

Please house what do you advice I should do.. My buyers protection right expired today and I have already open dispute prior to the expiration and aliexpress had deemed it invalid and right now I just got to knew that my item had arrived Nigeria since 9th of this month. Should I cancel dispute and tell the seller to extend buyer's protection right ?
