Like I said before it's possible that you replaced the faulty SBC module with a dead module.
SBC modules have a life span, once they get to full circle they stop to work.
This was how benz engineers created them.
They are wear and tear item...expect to see many used ones in the unregulated Nigeria spare parts markets.
The only way out is to order a new SBC module(brand new)

There are technicians who will work on the module to get it to work again indefinitely but I don't recommend this practice, it's dangerous.
I am telling you this cos I know you will encounter them in your quest to fix ur car.
What they do is to manipulate the counter and make it to stop counting break circles.
This is dangerous in my opinion but some people think otherwise.
SBC problems is common in your model 03-06 I think.
I don't know anyone in Benin
Ask people around that drive same car.

Have owned that W204 for 4+ years now.
Apart from suspension parts,only significant thing I changed is rear differential for a cheap 25k.
Others na wear and tear items.
I wonder how ppl erroneously think that car is expensive to maintain.

Check the alternator. Rodents may have done some damages to it while it was parked.

This best explains why the new battery (and every battery you will put) keeps discharging.

I bought mine 500. Most Nigerians are just after the money and not the services rendered. Some don’t even care if u are satisfied by the service they offer.

My dear we have original ... The battery has grades some are Chinese while some are Europe... I prefer Bosch batteries you can order them from eBay

Next time walk into a reputable outlet, get genuine Panasonic or renota battery. If you so desire you can get OEM Denso toyota or even Benz Star brand battery. These brands are very good and would easily do 5+ years.

I would just manage the one I got till it needs replacement, by then I'd have better info on how to source for good battery just in case this one doesn't live up to expectation

Me and the bros just dey relate onto say me and am dey use same ride and we were at the same mech, cool niggã sha, he spent abt 150k plus fixing stuffs on his ride so me just keep my cool cos I spennndddd ohh but my own no reach him own

A pipe carrying break fluid was leaking under my ride and I had to change breakpad too cos my own breaks were worn out n me no dey play with break cos I dey run like crazy

The oil is not for my own car, someone was fixing his car with the mech I use

I use mobil 1, and as at when last I bought I got it for 21k each in two places

The break pad nah mech buy am himself so honestly I don't know which one he used, first time he changed was when I just bought it, so I heard noise from my tire and took it to him, he told me 25k for quality breaks but shaku shaku 15k for both front and back, but on trust from who referred me to him, I put the quality one and yesterday again, my breaks were totally worn out so he changed again, this is only the second time I'm buying Benz breaks and first Benz I'm using gan

So why I'm asking is cos he told someone else 15k for oil and the guy discovered in his search for another thing that same pill costs 7500

My dear mobil 1 is okay but as of the brake pad.. that is funny I read that ACDelco is the best but I don't know how much! I just give my mechanic money the last time I have him about 40k for alignment and brake changing ... So I don't know how much the brake is particularly also I learnt that ceramic brakes are better

Maybe the gurus in the house can assist us in the area of brake pad because that is the most crucial and also your driving style.... How is your driving style.... Do you place legs on brakes for long when an is moving etc... These are also factors to look into
