In a saner clime police commissioner of Rivers State should have resigned. Akpabio should also have resigned with all the allegations.

But this is Nigeria where corruption and corrupt people are celebrated. By the time APC is done with their 8 years, even four generations to come wont recover from the monumental destruction in all facet of Nigerias life.

Thank you Governor Wike, even though you all are same thieves but at least you stood as a man to do what is required of a real man.

You are typing trash. Did you know how NDDC has been rotten by Ijaw thievess before Akpabio came onboard? The woman won't go scout-free for ruining NDDC.
The woman and the Ijaw theivess in the NDDC must be arrested and prosecuted.

But madam Joy stated that the CP said he wasn't aware of their coming.

So who do we believe now?

See my signature

Even Wike said the same. The police authorities were all lieing. Never trust a policeman, even your or brother or friend who decided to become one.

Just as everyone focussed on Wike and Buniez at the scene of the incident,
My eyes were focussed elsewhere.
The compound!

That compound looked like an Estate or a 5 start hotel.
Interlocked with several buildings within.

And it's supposed to be her private residence.

I bet one thing! A lot of money has been stolen, and both Joy and Akpabio have chopped money.

Joy however has smartly succeeded in whipping up sentiments to her favour.

They all deserved to be investigated. But we need to know what job madam was doing before she joined NDDC. Moreso, who are the four husbands? And they were well to do professional or just public officials.

Just listen to the foolish nonsense coming out of the mouth of this Nnamdi of a Police P.R.O! shocked

How difficult is it for you to tell Nigerians, if you have the time to deny the "rumours", what the Policemen came all the way from Abuja, to do in Rivers State, that the Police in rivers Sate cannot have done?

Did IGP give them Transport fare to deliver to her so she can make the NASS appointment she had to do same day, by Camera?
Did IGP order them to KIDNAP her so that she cannot make the NASS hearing and as such, Akpabio will claim she is hiding and trying to avoid them?
Is this a Collaboration between Akpabio and the IGP, to thwart the course of Justice and how much of this is Buhari's handiwork?

Honestly, it seems even more acceptable, the theory that it is Akpabio that is behind this kidnap attempt of Joi Nuneh, with this tepid explanation by a daft Police PRO.

Nigeria is very, very UNFAIR to Southerners and Middle Belt.
How come the Fed Govt is distributing Farm inputs, PW 30 Water Pumping Machine, Fetiliser, Seedlings and #200,000 to each farmer in Adamawa that is completely bombed-out and deserted as of today (it was on ChannelsTV just now), yet Farmers in the Middle Belt and Southern Nigerua where peole are really engaging in the farming and their is relative Peace, they dont get any Fed Govt assistance?
This is the Nepotism of Buhari.

What kind of country is this, somebody who is already willing for travel to abuja to discuss the issue at hand, why spend money sending police to her residence again? it would have been better if security were sent to give her cover to safely get to the airport, while doing such she should be made aware before then, so that if she is ok with it fine, if not she can go by her self, this would have been understandable.

We saw the video of policemen trying to gain entrance through the back gate by forcefully trying to break it down.
If that's your definition of legitimate duty then we are in trouble.

I know of many Nigerian policemen and police women who are very sincere. They take pride in helping people, protecting lives and properties, upholding the rule of law and combating crime.
They never take bribes, do not harass innocent citizens and never go on illegal duties.
They are the real definition of "the police is your friend".

Yes, they exist in my yet to be written book, "After Earth". Trust me, it will be stranger than fiction!
The day you find upto 0.0000001 % of such police personnel, quickly look at your watch and you'll see that it's counting backwards!

Initially the IGP was not aware, the commissioner of Police was not aware, suddenly both IGP and the commissioner became aware and then claimed that they were carrying out a legitimate police duty.
Nigeria has now become a country where the abnormal becomes normal, where illegitimacy becomes legitimate, where impunity reigns, where rule of law has been thrown into the trash can, and where corruption has now become a state policy.

Medicine after death. If the CP was ever aware Wike would not have interfered. Surely Wike was in touch with the CP before he made his move.

By the way why must people in high places always seem to deny what is very glaring to the public? Why did the police make an attempt to arrest the woman at 4am on the fateful day? Was someone trying to conceal something? Do we know if they would have said the woman was a victim of "accidental discharge"?
