Good morning mommas/ Docs, hope we r fairing well.

Please, a little bit puzzled here, Im GTC and hubby has been away for a while due to the fact that he works in another state. He is permitted to come home next week, and I'm expecting my ovulation that same next week, was surprised to feel some ovulation symptoms yesterday ( heavy breast, and a bit brownish - clear discharge). My first day of period was on 6th of July. Please what could be wrong. Thanks

To be sure and clear doubts...why not track or test your ovulation with OPK... you could be ovulating early against your assumed period.

What's your cycle length? Why not track your ovulation, get OPK and track.

I'm not surprised that Staphylococcus aureus is the culprit. Staph. can gulp all the sperm cells.
Pls avoid re-infection.
Let your partner treat it too.
It is well dear.

Thanks for the detailed analysis.
I was referred to a urologist by a gynecologist. After examination and hormonal profile test, the urologist prescribe addyzoa, manix and enhanz for 3months. The sfa result after the 90days came out zeroes due to massive staph infection, the second one same thing. This is the 3rd result after the mediation.
However, when I was to get the last dose of the medication, the pharmacist told me that 2 of the drugs do the same thing and I shouldn't have been taking them together, but after telling him it was prescribed by a doctor he said OK.

So there’s improvement from azoospermia to 200,000. The infection may have been the major culprit, hope your partner treated alongside you?

You’d have to add vitamin E to manix et al or do the fertilaid combo brand for another 90days and reassess the situation. Also exercise, eat healthy and take fruits (watermelon with the seed/ cucumber)
Also, if you are trying to conceive then continue having intercourse with your dw....**baby dust**

July 6th means yesterday was your cycle day 11 and today day 12.
Use the strips to confirm ovulation.
29-34 days cycle, your cycle is still considered normal/regular (normal cycle length is between 21-35 days)....your excitement and anticipation of your hubby’s visit might have affected your hormones

Hmmm. My sister, it's not easy. My husband works and stays in another state too, he is coming tonight for the weekend, my LMP was on 4th of July, I thought I will be ovulating tomorrow but behold I have a strong feeling I have already ovulated on the 13th, I was very Hot on that particular day. I just tire. This is 4 years of trying, my last daughter is 6 years old.

Thank you so much for your response.
Yes, my wife also took the medication for the infection. I'll try the fertilaid combo as suggested. Once again, thank you.

Usually you need at least two SFA results before one can conclude there is a problem . That been wil sdvise you repeat the test in a month or two time. Before then you can start some form of supplement. Vit C Vit E zinc and selenium has been shown to improve sperm health. Vit C should beabout 2000iu per day. You can also try oligocare. Its not too expensive, to be taken 2ce a day. A month course should not cost you more than six thousand naira. Then carry out lifestyle modification. Control your diet, exercise regularly. Avoid excessive heat especially down there. Wear lose undies . Practice scrotum cooling. Check your hormonal levels especially insulin. Treat infection and avoid reinfection. Cut out sugar and alchohol complelely from your diet. You can practise all these for like a month or two and then do a repeat test.
If after all these there is no significant improvement. Please see your doctor If you like you can consult rhe peoples doctor on IG.

Disclaimer: Note that I am no doctor but have been in this for such a long time and somehow acquired a wealth of knowledge.
Thanks for the advice. The Oligocare is it to be taken alongside the Vit E supplement? I don't do alcohol right from when I was small but I drink a lot of soft drinks which I'm cutting down on presently. I'll check out the people's doctor on Instagram.
