As long as we have these crop of virmins as leaders, I have lost complete faith anything good would ever emerge from them. If they like, they should create a development commission for ALL STATES, the results would be the same as that of NDDC. 2 Likes 1 Share |

donbachi:What reparation? Asking for reparation is like Germany asking for reparation after WW2 when in fact they were the ones paying reparations to Poland and Austria. You pick up arms against others, you were vanquished in a war, and then you turn around to ask for reparation? The way some of you talk. Smh. 3 Likes |

2023 loading. Will see if SE would fall for this. My SE people, flow with them. Let them pump money on your side. The money is Nigerian money and you are still Nigerian the last time I checked. So, the money is your money. Let them spend the money and still vote right come 2023. |

Farki:you people are the worst Nigerians. The south east was devastated by a civil war so we can understand why some areas are undeveloped The north was devastated by terrorism so we can understand their developmental disabilities The Niger Delta has been devastated by oil spills and oil bunkering so we can understand their developmental problems The south west on the other hand has never witnessed conflict and has even hosted lagos, Nigeria's capital city for 76 years. What is your excuse for still looking like this? 7 Likes 2 Shares

omenka:see this one. I own a duplex in Enugu and I'm setting up a small factory and I am 100% for Biafra You deluded folks already know that 80% of Igbos will vote an astounding yes if you ever put up Biafra for a vote. You think every Igbo owns a property in Lagos? Dey there. Igbos who own property in Lagos no reach 1% of Igbo population in Nigeria 1 Like 1 Share |

Tell yourself the truth...apart from igbo government officials, what is an average Igbo gaining from Nigeria? 1 Like 1 Share |

selemempe: What civil war? Civil war of 50 years ago? Clearly the great Biafrans bounced back swiftly from the civil war and are now living in mansions all over the the East. Isn't that what people on nairaland say whenever we brown roof residents, who are their tenants, dare to open our ewedu mouths? I also must ask which history textbook you are reading which places Ondo in the East since it is clearly more informative and robust than the ones I read in primary school. Clearly the battle of Ore and the bombing of Lagos must have been pure fabrications by the government of Gowon. I shall be forever grateful to the people of the South East for bringing their development to the South West I don't know how we could have survived otherwise. |

Honestly, what would be the importance of this commission? What's the job of the Governor's and reps of these states in SE? Creating an avenue for their cronies to loot. This is all those SE NASS members could come up with? Not even a rail line, power consortium, riverport, or even regionalism? 2 Likes |

Makanakico: Nyamuri want to chop their own in peace unlike the Almajiris/IDPs who are chopping their own in killings and destruction! The huge amount of money that Nigeria spends to combat Boko Haram, bandits, keeping IDP, and other violence in the north is enough to make the south heaven on earth. What do you Almajiris contribute to Nigeria except violence? Cankerworms! 2 Likes 1 Share |

Why are we trying to defeat the objectives of development commissions? Development commissions should only be for regions that are contributing substantially to the economy of the Federal Government. What is the South-East contributing? The North-East now have a commission of their own now, what are they contributing? Very soon, every region will want and possibly get a development commission. Is that fair to the South-south? 2 Likes |
