Systematically, cannabis is becoming legal by implication, conduct and acquiescence in Nigeria.

South Africa is making billons of dollars from this.

Instead of borrowing and making the living standard of Nigerians hellish, why not issue licenses to state government.

This will enable them legalise and regulate the growth and consumption.

I see people consume this stuff in barracks , govt houses, exclusive clubs on the Island and Ikeja, etc.
