According to FRSC, driver's license is not valid beyond age 70.

So why are you shocked? You still have some fancy ideas that those laws made in Nigeria apply to everyone? The old stiff could have gone to the airport and asked to fly a plane with f**k-all pilot training and he would have been allowed to fly passengers if he wished.

No they don't based on self recognition.

In case you don't know, driver's license in Nigeria is a form of tax, not proof the bearer is a valid driver because the process of getting driver's license in Nigeria is a joke. If Nigeria was a country where citizens actually had to pass a driving exam to own a license, then it will matter.

In advanced countries not backwater such as Nigeria, senior citizens enjoy an independent lifestyle which includes driving a vehicle. Do not shout the silly "Black Lives Matter" when you cannot think to commit a suicide.
