well, it wont be that easy, but access bank would implore the strategy of getting listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange and give Kenyans a chance for ownership, also, don't forget that,In the year 2013 Guaranty Trust Bank of Nigeria, acquired 70% shareholding in Fina Bank Group for a cash consideration of US$100 million with total assets of US$242.2 million. and prior to that Fina Bank Kenya(GTBANK) was making loses but started making profits as soon as Nigerians gtbank deployed new strategies,
"GTBank Doubles Profits to KSh 508.8 Million. Guaranty Trust Bank Group Kenya Limited posted net earnings of KSh 508.8 Million at the end of nine months of this year. This is compared to KSh 265.6 Million in Q3, 2018" same applies to UBA bank , which actually started from scratch and started making massive proffits

There are no profits there, just Nigerian capital going down the drain. The reasons those banks are dead is mismanagement, corruption, bad loans and dwindling customers. How you think you can make them profitable in two years is beyond any reasoning. You should be honest with yourself. Access bank is either looking for a foothold in Kenya or money laundering with these acquisitions of dead weight.
