How about your family members and friends? Maybe you should surround yourself with good company and it may help you build mental power to come out of such sad occurrences.

Please don't become depressed by it... Remove meaning from girls smiling at you. Find something you can put your time in that will give you daily doses of peace.

You may have to make tangible lifestyle changes. What have you noticed have been triggers for the episodes?

You ain't alone in this mess, that's for sure. Some of us have experienced/experiencing similar shite or even worse. Often alot of thoughts run through my mind - some unspeakable but I keep it in me and never reveal such things to anyone( it will be too shocking for a third ear) I keep things to myself, but ............. Family or not, this life is pretty much more complicated than you think. No matter how bad his situation is i absolutely believe he is redeemable. He can fix his life back - that is my position.

Regardless of how horrendous his life is I will never advice him nor anyone to take their life. Holy hell! Heaven won't forgive me for being this thoughtless.

A lot of us are ready to go the extra mile to offer this man a helping hand(some of us could relate to his personal turmoil) if he is wants to be helped.

From my subjective point of view, I believe depression is fully and actively at work here. If depression is at it peak, you will do the unimaginable. My own depression started when I was 19years old, I was always overwhelmed by the troubles and challenges to the extent the sh*t started toiling with my brain, I once tried to ripped the clothes I was wearing apart but was stopped by people around me.
At a particular time, I involved myself in something I felt would made me forgot the challenges I (was) am battling, if not permanently then temporarily but until I knew it I found myself in addiction (now problem x4).Almost everytime, likewise today, I always thought and feel like walking into an unknown destination like bush and never come back since nothing significant happening in my life... That's the coercive and addictive power of a depressive mind.
