Beats my imagination how Igbos are so successful world over but deemed unfit for anything by the Nigerian government.

Have you all. PAUSED to ask yourselves why most Nigerians who couldn't succeed in Nigeria achieve great thing once they leave nigeria

Then you will understand that holding on to one Nigeria is holding yourselves down

Congratulations to her.

However, the bolded statement is a lie.

—Lincoln Alexander was the first black parliamentarian in Canada as far back as 1968

—Zanana Akande (Yoruba) was the first African diaspora woman to be female legislature in canada 1990.

— Jean Augustine, another black was elected 1993

— We also have the likes of Vivian Barbot another female and etc.

Infact Uzoma was elected in 2019 alongside two other blacks named Jamie Moses and Audrey Gordon.
You are very right. Lincoln Alexander who died in 2012 was also a Federal Cabinet member as Minister of Labour.

She’s a human being. She achieved that not because she’s dyke as you claim but because she’s human and worked hard to get there.

Funniest thing is that the first black of African origin to be appointed member of legislative assembly in Canada is a Yoruba woman since 1990.

She represented downtown Toronto.

Her name is Zanana Akande. Her dad migrated to Barbados during those days. Then she married and moved to Canada where they gave birth to Zanana.

Zanana tho late now left behind a son and two daughter. David, Aderonke and Ajike.
The don't read, they are ignorant and intellectually lazy, they see Nigerian and quickly run to NL to beat their small chests and start shouting amaka all over the place over nothing.

Ignorant chest beaters.

You people really need to stop lying, stop peddling fake and inaccurate rubbish.

The first Canadian parliamentarian was elected back in 1968.

Is it even possible that Canada just elected a black person as a parliamentarian in 2020?
Just make the correction and move on. I'm sure the OP would effect it. Say no to tribalism and hatred.

Nope he said in Canada. He even made mention of the number of years over 100+.

It’s either you can’t read or you’re purposely fighting ignorance.

He just edited the post after I commented and gave a rebuttal to his claim that it’s the first black woman in Canada.

That was when it was changed to a province of Canada.

In Nigeria, it's the Fulani that are the most qualified go-getters! wink

They've been in control for the greater part of the existence of this country since 1960! How have we fared under their hegemony? Well, the records are there for checking!

When you get to the point where you manage a team that comprise people from different ethnic groups, tribalism would be the last thing on your mind. What is chest-beater? Only tribalists use that dumb vocabulary.

Guilty conscience? My wife and best friends aren't from my tribe. Get a life.
