Soferkizzy007:12 is a Camry XV40 13 upwards is a Camry XV50 both have different designs XV50 is an improvement on XV40 hope I answered your question |
| Re: Experts Only by Hauptmann: 6:53am On Jul 24, 2020 |
nurey:This is not actually correct. Camry XV40 was from 2006 to 2011 Camry XV50 was from 2011 to 2019 Both the 2012 and 2014 Camry are XV50 models. |

Hauptmann:if you say so guess you decided to use production year |
| Re: Experts Only by Hauptmann: 6:59am On Jul 24, 2020 |
nurey:Not really. Even using model years, the last model year for the XV40 was the 2011 Camry. The 2012 Camry was the first model year of the XV50. |

Hauptmann:XV40 07 to 11 international XV40 06 to 13 Asian guess you are part right if the op is talking about the north American camry |
| Re: Experts Only by Hauptmann: 8:18am On Jul 24, 2020 |
nurey:Well, you are wrong again. The OP specifically mentioned XLE. Only North American Camry models use the LE, XLE trim name system. Asian Camry models which are usually based on the Camry Aurion, use a very different trim name system: GL, GLX, Sportivo, Altise, etc. There are no original Asian market Camry XLEs. |

Meanwhile the dates you came up with for the Asian XV40 are not backed up by any valid sources. These are the offical dates for all XV40 Camrys

nurey:Ironically it was your ego and difficulty in admitting that the information you originally posted was wrong, that's made this an ongoing debate. Instead, you went looking for all sorts of random and contrived stories to make your comments seem correct, all to no avail. The person that needs to learn from this thread, is you. |
| Re: Experts Only by Hauptmann: 8:50am On Jul 24, 2020 |
Soferkizzy007:Kindly ignore all that XV40 XV50 jargon, there are no significant differences between the XLE trims of the 2012/13/14 Camry models. |

| Re: Experts Only by nurey(m): 8:55am On Jul 24, 2020 |
Hauptmann:Wrong, the 2014 US model had exterior changes whether it is LE, SE or XLE. But I guess you already know that too ![]() |
