Of course people still use blackberry phones! I have blackberry Q 10 in very good working condition. Recently, I bought a pouch for it and I think the battery as well. It will surprise you to note that I still have BlackBerry bold 5. It is only just for calls though. I put my CUG line in it because it is sparingly used. People should try to imbibe maintenance culture. That doesn't mean that I don't have an android phone. I have a Samsung galaxy Note 4 smartphone. I use it for Internet stuff while I use my blackberry phones for call only.

The only thing you can do with blackberry is make calls, which is not different from using a feature phone.. blackberry is no longer a smartphone it is just a phone

I think we have gone passed just making calls, we can do a lot of things now with Android and iOS phones...

Well, well, op posted "people no longer use blackberry phones" and my response is " Off we still have people like that" If you read my post, I still have android smartphone, Samsung for that matter, not a push over.

I use it for calls only because it is strong unlike these android phones whose battery will run down and you are cut off from people. I can use the Q10 for Internet access, in fact it does everything except whatsapp. I even use it for Internet banking. In fact I use it as hotspot to connect to my pc. People should stop bad mouthing blackberry. It has its own advantages for me especially.

I still make use of my blackberry and i use it for whatsapp too. Delete the old whatsapp, then download Android whatsapp on your blackberry phone from Google playstore.

Thats it...your blackberry is back in the game.
