It is well boss, I totally feel what you are saying. To me, I don't have the power to protest I won't lie.

Are you really sure about dpr that they outsourced the activities

CBN work is just like ministry work now only that their salary is a little bit higher in terms of allowance.

All those that got appointment with FIRS from November last year till date knows that you are going for marketing job because you will be place on target to go out to collect duties and if you fail consistently to meet up with the target you will be sacked.

DPR have been outsourced to a firm to handle their activities and their old staff has been retrenched by January this year once you are up to 25years in service they gave them compulsory retirement. Their account department no longer functioning being handle now by the firm controlling it. There is nothing like allowance you are only entitled to your salary

My brother you have said it all but the truth is that Nigeria youths are the cause of this nonsense if not this nonsense would've ended long ago.How can you stay in your own country and be buying job? common man on street cannot get a job without connection in his own country and we all stay like nothing is happening. We will go to an agency to submit your CV they will tell you that they are not collecting CV or that you should go and get recommendation letter or meet someone influential to help you secure a job in your own country and we all stay like nothing is happening. Firs and many other agencies are issuing out APL everyday but common man on street can't get in without buying job or connection is very bad and the worst is that the youths sit one place without doing anything about it well one thing I have learn in life is that if you sit one place and complain from now till next 1000years without doing anything or making any move that the situation will still be there.Sometimes I wonder what the future of my children will be in years to come if I don't do anything to secure it now?I sent private mail to some guys here on my plan to gather like 10 guys here and March to some of this agencies to protest peacefully in front of there gates just to draw the attention of the MDs and DGs but non of them accepted it but I keep seeing them here everyday complaining of lack of jobs while the people with money and connections are getting the same jobs they told you that is not available.

It's already 7years I finished school, with very good grade yet no job despite all my efforts. I have literally submitted my credentials to almost all the government agencies yet no show. But I'm not giving up soon.
Most of my friends have left the country for greener pastures. I have considered leaving but don't have the financial resources yet. And we all can't leave Nigeria for this old cargoes to ruin the future of this great nation and our unborn children. Let us come together and stage this protest. I strongly believe there will be a positive outcome.

@Nwanyiogwashi I’m assuming ur office is a CBN branch office, one thing I have noticed with government work is, it’s better to be at the headquarters, depending on ur department u can be really busy, but if ur in a branch office the tendency of getting anything challenging is slim, CBN Headquarters will be definitely be more challenging than the state office

True, and those in headquarters enjoy more benefits especially overtime or any other stuff that may come in, trying to move to headquarters may be a better option to consider pending when they get another job

Dear for me CBN is not challenging job even the 5m upfront people were mentioning here were all lies because is not up to that. The only good thing about CBN is that you will be given some money to enable you settle down and the money is not more than a million plus.

Ncc is far better. The truth is cbn staff strength is much so they can't really pay as much as ncc. However 180k monthly plus upfront of 1.5 is still ok compared to other agencies
