Please I want someone to tell me if this is normal...got my redmi 8 on Monday and so far have been enjoying the phone well... the only thing that's beginning to give me concern is that overnight the battery drain like a percent or 2% before I wake up...is this normal? have not really notice it in d day time cux am always online and the battery actually last well.

It's normal, perhaps.

That's on xiaomi sha because if my iPhone battery is at 80% while sleeping it'll still be on that 80% whenever I decide to pick it up in the morning.

Use the menu on your dialpad > blacklist > toggle ON the affected SIM > blocked numbers > add. If you're on Chinese ROM, you have an added feature where you can customise the tone the caller would hear when your number is called as shown in the attached image 2.

You'll get notified when you're attempted to be called too.

Number does not exist??

Na frustration go kill the person

idg though.

A page can not pass by without complaints about battery.

I'm confused o, like, you don't want the battery percentage to reduce again?

Y'all want to be using and not seeing corresponding decrement in the percentage.

How can you lose 25% in 4 hours and still be complaining? I'm confused here o. Is it in 40 hrs you want to lose the 25% nii?

Let's all chill with the battery complaints abeg. You bought a brand new phone, unsealed. Na you tear am, 2 days later, you're already complaining about the battery. Like seriously?

Me I'm tired o. Even as I'm not the one replying them but these batteries are 4-5 Ah, not 10 Ah.

If you're getting 15hrs+ on 4G and good usage, why the complaint exactly? angry angry angry

Honestly I don't understand why people are complaining about battery. I'm using RN8 and I don't have any issue with this device at all. If you have issue with your battery, get a Power bank!

And there is a reason all phones ship with chargers. Some people are just fixated about battery life. I can't even wrap my head around it. lollll.

LMAO because Redmi note 9 pro is a new device, that's the way Xiaomi roll. Everyone will get it eventually. The Redmi note 9 pro will get the miui 13 update before the Redmi note 10 when it launches. That's the way it has been.

It's either you are not on Global ROM or the update has been rolled back. Just keep checking you'll get it eventually.

Post your network battery chart, let me see. They mostly don't lie.

When you turn it off and you fail to manually control it, yes it will affect either positively or negatively. Note the higher the brightness of a screen the higher the battery consumption.

It's on 3g, I changed it to 2g but immediately I change network sim to sim 1 the SIM 2 will enter 3g on its own.

I wasn't busy yesterday and decided to press the phone throughout, 47% gave me almost 7hours sot though I dropped the phone for about 30minutes to eat.
