Go to security app, data usage, restrict app usage and cut it supply of network privileges.

Sometimes I hardly see the contents on the screen especially when I'm playing games like dream league.

It's okay on websites and WhatsApp but I couldn't bear it on games so I turned it off.

Check your games centre settings, maybe auto brightness is turned off there
