They come out of University not being employable. Out of a thousand, may be 25. Our leaders have really affected us so much but we most take responsibility.

Our educators should know that coming to school is to acquire a relevant skill first if not the certificate will be a total waste and it will start loosing relevance. Some certificates have already lost relevance.

What some higher institutions in Nigeria don't know is that what goes on inside the institution is not hidden from the private sector. So you tender a certificate from a school where cheating in exams is the norm. Companies won't even look at it twice before they put it aside.

Language is just about communication. Nothing more. English can be used to communicate so as Yoruba so don't let that be a barrier! Write Medical books in Yoruba let the Yoruba girl in the village aspire to also become a doctor.

Don't pay them 20 k / month and spend billions on buying computers.

Our books must also be worked on. We should use our environment to to teach people on our environment. Why can't l have 2 face and Lagbaja in Physics books and we should have Yoruba Chemistry and other subject books too.

Meanwhile there is room for adult content but it must be well rated and caution taken. And government should ensure the compliance to this above 18 rating thing and also ensure that those things are shown very late at night.

Sad story. If you dig deep, those guys were not the best in their time. Teachers are supposed to be the best when they were in class. Atleast amongst the best.

It’s a lot of work getting this county to function properly, another question is are we ready for what normalcy/sanity brings ?
