TheGoodJoe: So,your admiration of Rodgers only boils down to the fact that he plays the kind of football you enjoy; attacking football. Is that not it? Cus saying Rodgers is far better than Mourinho is madness .. 2 Likes |

Joebie:quote me directly and say that to me. Just because I asked em to stop associating the team successes on "luck and poor form of their opponent" but to give credit to the team cos they earned it for themselves is now tantamount to me "being naturally angry" according to you. Na wa for some people here. 1 Like

Zaidu is definitely leaving CD Santa Clara for Porto. Plus he is already Super Eagles-bound. Rohr has most definitely been in touch. The News article below is translated from Portuguese João Henriques: «I see Zaidu with a very bright future» João Henriques (Coach of CD Santa Clara) highlighted Santa Clara's record of points, but, at the time of the farewell, he also highlighted the appreciation of some of the assets of the Azorean squad, making special reference to the Nigerian side Zaidu Sanusi who is appointed to FC Porto. "It gave me tremendous joy to see an entire region proud of what Santa Clara has achieved in these two years. We are not talking only about São Miguel, but about an entire diaspora. We receive messages from everywhere. This fills our hearts. Then obviously see what the club's evolution was in the I League. The club will be in the I Liga for the third season after the first two to break records", he started by mentioning in the press conference that followed the tie with Vitória. Among the most valued players is Zaidu Sanusi. He's one of Santa Clara's players who can go to another level. Zaidu grew immensely during the season and has an even greater margin for progression. Wherever you go, you have the capacity to perform to the fullest of your abilities. He came from the Portuguese Championship and even came more as a central. He is a player who went through the wing, he is better as a full-back, but he is a player who already has three positions. It is evident that people realize that a diamond is here that has already been filed, but that it can still continue to be filed and growing. He is a player who goes to the Nigerian team, he was supposed to be called up at the time of the pandemic. People are not sleeping. I see for Zaidu a very bright future", he shot. But it was not only Zaidu that João Henriques saw growing up in Santa Clara. "The enjoyment it gave me to see several kids growing up, anonymous in the League, who were being valued. From central to advanced, we were valuing several players. If we were only defensively strong, we valued goalkeepers and centrals. Seeing our work afterwards rewarded with its possible sales, and those that were made in the previous season, fills me with pride. That is one of the goals of the coach", he added. In addition to the appreciation of the players, João Henriques also highlighted the sports results of a team that played the last third of the championship away from home. "We played ten games away from home, we won against Braga and Benfica, we drew with Vitória. We were tied for Rio Ave. We managed to do this in any field. This is the result of the family that was built. In these ten games we scored 1.7 goals per game. Open game. Santa Clara was present to enhance the show. Even without fans on the stands,” he added. Edopesin: It's not my problem that you are not cautious of the way you interact in the public. Go back to the exchanges I had with Sheyi and see the sort of biased comments you left , despite the fact that I was very gentlemanly and showed decorum admits insults and abuses. Now, Kellycute was just questioning your confidence in the team and felt you were being unnecessarily harsh and boom you went off and called kellycute a troublemaker. Of course , you cant prove it. And if you dare say or think you havent done any wrong then your integrity is questionable. 2 Likes |

MetalJigsaw: But this has always been the way players get discovered, nobody know you. You get one game of 5 minutes, your performed then you get 15 minutes and you did better the next thing you become the regular and can effectively retire a more experienced player. But if you are not consistent and do not perform you can be demoted to the bench , this is football. Did anybody believe that Sanchez after how many consistent seasons with Barcelona, then Arsenal then he goes to Manchester United and it is baffling he just went right down. He started off playing the highest number of minutes to a point he was getting no minutes they could not justify giving him more minutes. But he has gone to inter and picked up seemingly. |

We draw brazil 1-1 them say na uzoho save us.. I can see uzoho was the one who scored our goal. Neymar bla bla bla, they would have beaten us 6-1 bla bla bla.. bunch of low self esteem supporters... Even the 1994 golden Generation of 9ja cannot draw Brazil/argentina not to talk of beating them..dont com and give me one mumu u23 tournament here.. Cameroon is better than us and yet there last full time win against was in the 80's... Since then its been spanking upon spanking we have been administering to them... We played brazil like mad dat day, they came with their domineering force which they are known for but where just firing blank, while we were catching them on the counters... Come if super eagles play well against high rated team friendly or not, lets applaud them 6 Likes |

TheGoodJoe: Really bro? Really? Mourinho has won 2 champions league title and lwague titles in every country he has coached! He has won a treble! He has coached some of the best goalscorers in the history of football! His Real Madrid team scorer 121 goals and recorded 100 points when he won the league with them.. Rodgers's biggest achievement is almost winning the league with Liverpool and dominating the fishermen's league of Scotland! Rodgers has never beaten Mourinho in his career.. in fact, the only top manager that Rodgers has a better head to head against is Pochettino.. I ask you again, "really bro,"? 2 Likes |

As for Algeria winning the Afcon, i must congratulate them, but that trophy would have gone to any of Nigeria/Senegal/Tunisia(on a lower rating though).. Algeria were very opportuned to lift it, not that they were the best or better than the afforementioned teams.. bcause of one late dramatic set-piece goal and early lucky goal in the final. |

do4luv14: Playing defensive is easy. That is why evrry amateur coach opts for that option over attacking. It takes coaches with high acumen to work and develop an offensive pattern regularly. Which is far from Mou's intellect. |
