True talk. If SMS or calls to the national assembly members or heads of agencies do work then i should have at least be the head of the civil service of the federation by now. I almost have access to the contacts of 95% of VIP's in this country and beyond. Their contacts are useless if they won't pick or reply your messages.
Some of them even programmed their Simcards to accept calls only from the contacts on their phones. If they don't have you on their contacts it will not get through to them but it will be ringing from your side. If any of them pick or reply you then you're lucky.

I spent close to 5 minutes on phone with him and what had happened happened. I even recorded my conversation with him and he do reply my Friday text at time. So, it all depends on your package.
