@Topic: Based on the comments, private institutions hold sway for Nigerians. Unfortunately, the vast majority of Nigerians will attend public institutions. In the future, opportunities will be available for a select few which isn't a good thing for a developing country. In developed and emerging Asian, public institutions are the most preferred and best leading to equal opportunities for the citizenry.

So I deploy eTesting solutions. And I tell you for free that we have test run this and it worked. So the examinee is not looking at another screen. He's looking at his screen. But the computer he's using has two video outputs. The "mercenaries" will be seated directly opposite (or maybe even in another room) out of the view of the camera. Seeing exactly what the examiner us seeing.

it is a Nigerian thing maybe, not entirely African countries, my friend who schooled in Ghana have been doing this since 2009, submission of assignments online, grade results online, course materials online, notice board online etc. You can do all these things with just your school ID number.
