Scholarship isn't entirely free for all courses in Germany only selected few for immigrants depending on the area of study. Do your research, it was in the past not now, immigrants have overwhelm the system now.

Nigerian scholarships are not transparent at all. It's best you apply for international scholarships directly. Forget Naija scholarships. Either it is rigged or they live you stranded in your study country.
