After disconnecting my charger On my iPhone 7 the battery remains fixed for about 30mins- 1hr Depending on usage , but after that it barely last for the next 5 hrs.
Is it normal
The only time battery is not draining is when it’s switched off.

Try reset the password using other options online(https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid). If you are lucky enough, apple will release it for you.

Tried that already but the account is disabled for some unknown reasons
