Please I want the moderators to help me push this to the front page of Nairaland.

Please here is the issue I am having with union bank and to know if anyone else is having the same issue.

I made a mobile transfer using the union bank mobile app using the pay bills section of the app to my betting account on the 25th of July 2020, this transaction wasn't sent to my betting account but meanwhile I was debited.

And as the app developers know, this doesn't provide the receipt for this kind of transaction.

I waited for an automatic reversal which takes 24hours before it gets an effect but this wasn't coming so I had to visit the union bank branch at Umeke Ekwuluobia Anambra state and I was told to wait for five working days for a manual reversal and I did.

After the five days I went back to the Union bank branch at Umeke village Ekwuluobia but they had the worst customer service if my life and no one could give a solution to my problem.

Then, I called the union bank customer care agents countless times and they in their incompetence kept promising the money will bounce back to my account as they have no other logical explanation to sway my mind with.

This is approximately ten days and I am still waiting.

Now I wish to ask, is union bank incompetent, or is union bank not listening to their lower customers and paying attention to the high profiled customers alone?

I am really pained that ordinary 10,000# cannot be taken care of by this bank.

Is this the way other banks do or is this union bank alone please.

It seems the banks outlets and their online customer support isn't active no more.

I am just tired

Or
Send message to their email customer care address. Tell them you will take legal action if you don't get your money after 24 hours.
See I have same experience with diamond bank 2 years ago, over a month they didn't reverse my money despite all calls etc and messages I sent them. Then I sent message threatening to take legal action if my money is not reversed in 24 hours. I got my money back same day in the evening

I sent money to union bank customer 4th august 2020 but the man no received alert.
