Probably the guy access premium times websites directly as an admin because him get the username and password of premium time from the university without changing the university internet protocol from static to dynamic

So premium times were able to trace the logging IP details to that university

There are two types of hacking ethical and unethical.. an ethical hacker never breaks the law .. ddos is the most unethical way to bring down a sever by overloading / flooding the sever with request so that the system cant Handel the amount of request its receiving.. but ethical hacking will involve a malicious code called an exploit.. which takes what was intended for something or an error and allows the intruder gain access to the system .. by reverengine the existing code to do something else ..
