I had a funny experience today at home. Not sure it is an appropriate story to discuss online.

That's why I don't read reviews. I watch the first episodes and decide to either continue or stop. At times I go past the first and still give up lol.

So I subscribed to Airtel 5gb dataplan yesterday night as a quick-fix when I noticed I had exhausted my data. Checked my mails, streamed an adult site, then went to bed and slept off. Woke up this morning, I had barely gone past the 2nd page on nairaland when I received a notification that I have exhausted my data again!

Is airtel Mad? Are they crazy?

I was livid!

With burning anger, I dialed their customer service line and barked at the unfortunate Agent that picked the call.

Airtel Customer Agent: Good morning Sir

Me: Don't greet me.

Airtel Customer Agent: Sorry Sir, how can we help you?

Me: I subscribed to your 5gb data plan, I only visited one site for barely 20 mins yesterday and my 5gb is gone. You people are thief!

Customer Agent: Sir, from what I can see here, your data was fully exhausted yesterday. What site did you visit?
