Someone should please confirm o.

Someone asked for SHL questions probably for another recruitment process.

Now everyone is asking for SHL questions. grin

Please, whoever has any info should please share.

You never can tell. If one get shortlisted, the question can be in form of SHL, GMAT or even base on the position one applied for.
Getting different study material for the aptitude test won't be a bad idea you know. The only challenge some of us might face with these study materials is preparing with it cool.

Thank you sir,
That was quite educative.

For those of you banking on my request for shl test past questions, please not that it is not for this recruitment exercise.

Thank you for your understanding

Blessed4sure:

My opinion:

SHL mathematics usually has more of charts, tables, statistics, etc. It's usually used for recruitments for finance, consulting companies, etc. It could sometimes be a bit difficult if you don't have a mathematical background.

GMAT is more of normal/general english and maths, logical reasoning, etc.

For SHL format, check out the PWC grad trainee thread.

GMAT is usually used by Dragnet and most other recruitment companies. You can download GMAT past questions online.

I personally found SHL easier and more predictable. However, it could be more time-consuming than GMAT.

With sufficient practice pf past questions, you'll get used to some shortcuts that may help you manage time better.

aran:
If hindsight is anything to go by, then be rest assured that this recruitment will be concluded this August and APLs issued late August or early September.

WHY?

1. Engr. Simbi Wabote, the Executive Secretary of
NCDMB's 4 year tenure expires September, 2020 and no guarantee yet that Buhari through MPR Chief Timipre Silva will renew it.

2. Engr. Wabote is regarded as an achiever by all in the industry and having seen to the completion of its 17 stories Headquarter, he would want to recruit people to man and fill up all available positions before leaving in September.

3. Engr. Wabote knows that the more this recruitment lingers on the more politicians and others will try to hijack it. Hence, the earliest the better for him this August before he bows out in September if he doesn't get tenure renewal.

This seems more like wishful thinking

Bring yourself down boy. It's not about Mr Wabote's emotions rather it's about his reputation @aran was referring to. Your jumpy pessimistic mind won't even allow you to apprehend what you read before you reply. Try to always open up your mind and watch God lift you higher.
