The funny thing about this law is that you cannot tell exactly what is an insult or hate speech.

Anyone can construe your words to be insult or hate speech.

Everyone can feel insulted even by the most decent speech of simple criticism.

You cannot criticise without offending.

Hence, this law is a stupid one born out of bigotry and intolerance
