That’s too harsh he only asked a question I’d suggest you walk away if you can’t answer rather than insulting him.

Don't get confused. They will definitely allow foreign students from Schengen areas. But students from outside EU/Schengen should make alternative arrangements just in case the situation did not improve.

What alternative arrangements?
I think the main thing here is getting the visa.
One can travel to Italy by Dec or Jan once you have your visa.
The Schengen area is not open at the moment for third world nationals.

You asked for ISEE evaluation , that's for DSU scholarship. The deadline was August 7th... enrollment is another thing

Nobody here is confused, they do ask for receipts since 2018. NPC, MOE and MFA all issue receipts. Unless you got your authentication done through the back door.

Please who here has got a date at the Abuja Italian for legalization and done so, was it free?. A friend of mine said he did his and it was free at Abuja and another friend said he did his in Lagos and paid 57,200 naira just today. I want to know if anyone has also experienced this.

This matter just tire me.

Thought they have cancelled all appointments ? From my own understanding , legalization is not 100% free.

Contact the school about the accomodation stuff by mail even thou most of them are on summer break.
