WHY I’LL OPPOSE TINUBU IN 2023 PRESIDENCY – ADEBANJO[/b]I support Pa Adebanjo views on restructuring as that is the only way to move Nigeria forward as a country. HOWEVER, THE SOUTH WEST MUST TAKE SOME BLAME FOR SOME OF THE "HOT PEPPER" THE NORTHERNERS ARE SPRAYING ON OUR FACE AS AT TODAY. If the south west had manage the opportunity they had at the federal level very well especially during Obasanjo time as military head of state Nigeria should have been restructured by now. OBASANJO HAD THE MILITARY HERIARCHY UNDER HIS CONTROL TO GET NIGERIA RESTURCTURED BUT HE WAS NOT LOOKING THAT WAY. IT WAS EASY FOR OBASANJO TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION TO GET NIGERIA RESTRUCTURED BEFORE HANDING OVER TO LATE ALHAJI SHEHU SHAGARI. Obasanjo government gave the northern people the confidence to HANGER ON THE SOUTH for so long. Obasanjo made the HAUSA/FULANI to have the confidence they have to stick to federal powers which they abused LEFT AND RIGHT and use to exploit southern resources. IF OBASANJO WAS AN INTELLIGENT MILITARY LEADER AS AT THEN HE SHOULD HAVE CLOSED UP THIS NORTHERNERS BY THEN AND MAKE THE COUNTRY HAVE A BALANCED FEDERALISM BEFORE HANDING OVER TO ALHAJI SHEHU ALIYU SHAGARI. THE NORTH TODAY RELIES ALMOST 100 PER CENT ON NIGER DELTA CRUDE OIL MONEY FOR THEIR MONTHLY BUDGET NEGLECTING THEIR OWN AGRICULTURE. Obasanjo failed to use his military authority to restructure Nigeria before handing over to civilian government in 1979 OBASANJO ALLOWED THE NORTH TO TASTE CRUDE OIL MONEY FOR SO LONG AND MADE THEM NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO THEIR OWN GOD GIVEN RESOURCES AND MAIN STAY WHICH IS AGRICULTURE. The North have now develop A FEDERAL STRUCTURE that is ADAPTED TO THEIR TASTE even though they are not bringing any money to the federal treasury. TINUBU REPEATED THE SAME MISTAKE OF OBASANJO IN 1976 TO 1979 BY ALLYNING WITH A "FAR RIGHT" EX-MILITARY DICTATOR WHOM HE BROUGHT TO POWER WITH A LARGE COLLECTION OF SOUTH WEST VOTES. Buhari today has ruin Nigeria economically and largely divided Nigeria across tribal, ethnic and regional lines. BUHARI 'S LOPSIDED APPOINTMENT REMAIN UNRIVALLED IN THE HISTORY OF NIGERIA. South West that used to get a large chunks of political appointment at the federal level have been kicked out of government by a ruthless fulani born dictator that was earlier ousted by the Babangida military junta. |

Eriokanmi:Betrayal is a trait that is associated with the devil, I wonder why a given set of people would love that attribute out of all attributes. The disintegration of Nigeria has already begun, the country exists only on paper. Nigeria is existing only because of the free crude oil in Niger Delta, no other region would accept resource exploitation like the ND. |

festacman:It has everything to do with him and his coons. When GEJ was in power, thiefnúbu and Co were shouting restructuring (it was even one of the campaign promises of APC)so much that the guy was pressured to have a national confab, but they kicked his ass out anyway. Now they are talking about 2023 presidency going to SW. When eventually they don't get it, they will start shouting restructuring. The selfishness of the South West is jeopardising the entire south. |

ggood:Mister, 54years ago there was nothing like SS/SE. If you say youre from Nigger delta then you acclaim that you were nothing and nobody before an hausa man (Gowon) gave you an identity. Would you say you are no more related to your brother just because you moved out of your family house into a temporary apartment provided by your employer at your place of work? Think about it sir. |

for those saying Nass is the body empowered to make laws .Nass is a body of how many people they need a leader to harmonize positions and lead them towards a cogent agenda which is the executive( the greatest impediment to constitution change is the president and funny enough he is also the only who has the influence to instigate it. its a catch 22 the presidency(center) is too strong, iit makes the states unsustainable economically on the other hand if the center becomes too weak, thats the end of nigeria, the parts will break away another catch 22 |

Mraphel:Exactly, so why all these division, malice and hatred as if there was anything called south east/south south/south west as a tribe. 400-500 years ago, your ancestors were alive and were living in the same land which your parents inherited. The white man came, made war against you, burnt our libraries and looted our historical artifacts to their lands. Ravaged our lands, slew the wise aged ones, bound the middle aged and left the little ones there. They still came back 400 years later to finish up what they started. They now colonised the decendants of the abandoned young ones who grew up knowing only scraps of a rich culture which was supposed to be passed down from their parents. They renamed our lands after themselves, said we were nothing nothing before they gave us an identity, separated us from our brothers with boundaries and told us that they are our enemies. We believed them because we had been taught that they knew all and were superior to us in every way. We all have similar culture, bear similar names, have same facial resemblance and face the same common enemy who had put that division just to conquer us more easily. There are a lot of things to write but i can't do it all, I'll leave you to do your own research in ancient libraries so you can find out the truth yourself. I can give you some links. Vatican archives : https://digi.vatlib.it/ Oldest Storage of manuscripts: archive.org Some research sites: academia.edu Maybe i can add some YouTube videos as well. Please you're free to disagree with me and do your own independent research. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRyGZMEqN-k https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzVqX01lUA0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptUQshLugVI If you listen to nnamdi kanu's live interactive sessions on YouTube you'd notice that all he says are true, if you do your research well. And anytime he wants to reveal a secret, facebook terminates his live session. There are some things about your history they dont want you to know because you will then be empowered afterwards. I pray that you find the truth you seek.

ERockson:talk with some sense. is it the president that will restructure the country or the national assembly? If you have a southern president, does that give you votes in the national assembly? The North control the national assembly, only they can restructure the country, but they will not willingly so the country will inevitably self destruct and everybody will go his own way or we will be forced to restructure. |

OffAir:what history shows us is that the ibos are the real enemies of Nigeria. They are the ones who tasted power in 1966, and in just 6 months, abolished federalism and removed the right to referendum in 1966, these are the two ills at the root of all the problems that have plagued and continue to plague Nigeria. The northerners simply got there and copied them. |
