Just look for a good environment that you have a good number of average citizens living around the hood.....

Rich people go to such area far from their aboard to enjoy good moments...... So, I'll say, mainland.

And here was I thinking the Island would do it as na big boys area, filled with rich people that would wanna come flex after work.
