On july 29,xiaomi launced the redmi 9 series in nigeria unto much acclaim. After running down the specs,i find the redmi perfectly balanced with a big battery,beautiful fhd+ screen,fast performing helio g80,quad camera,gorilla glass and a usb type-c port(with 18watt fast charge).
But as much as i love the redmi 9,i only have 53,000 which can only manage the redmi 9c(3gb+64gb)
So i'd like to know,will it be wise to add some extra money for the redmi 9(4gb+64gb),or settle for the redmi 9c?

Yes I'd say it's worth it
You'd get a better screen, a more powerful chipset,more but not necessarily better cameras,usb type c charging port.
If you can stretch your budget go for it

Go for umidigi a7 pro......it goes for only #43,990 on jumia..... it has FHD screen,4g RAM,64g ROM,16mp front can,it has quad camera setup,16mp back camera,2mp macro lens,8mp ultra-wide angle lens and a 2mp QVGA,4150Mah battery,USB type-c port and it has (Helio p23 processor)
The only advantage the redmi 9 has against the umidigi a7 pro is just the battery (5000mah) and the processor

The camera don't look good at all.
Even the macro camera don't have any detail.

I think all these phones use only one camera, others are fake and just there for decoration

that processor alone shows that its better than the a7 bud, let it slide, you can compare 2004 civic to a 2010 Civic and say d only thing the 2010 Civic has over the 2004 Civic is its engine that's not a deal breaker, Bud that's enough deal breaker oooo, redmi 9 is better bud.

Bro.....the macro lens has details oooo,just that nairaland forumn doesn't accept images more than 4 MB.....so I had to compress it to a lower resolution, so that it can be accepted here in nairaland,so that's the reason it doesn't have any details
