great job from all the people that have shared their experience here. I am planning to start a plantain farm soon, i will like to know if its advisable to cultivate a plantain farm without irrigation, What are the risks to avoid when planning to plant around MAY/JUNE so as to harvest during peak period......hope 5 acres of plantain isnt too much for a beginner to start with........and finally what is the approximate cost of cultivating an acre of plantain farm in southwest part of nigeria from planting to harvest..... thanks |
