I think Chicagoans are rising up because of the the violence, high crime and murder rate in Chicago, which is as a result of the inequality in Chicago. If Chicagoans were satisfied with their state and condition I doubt they would have anything to rise up against because contented peiple generally tend to have no reason to rise up.

An example of what I mean is the uprising in Lebanon. If they were content and happy with their government they too would not rise up.

Infact, if you Google the murder rates in American cities, you will find out that Chicago is not as bad as you guys harp about. For a city the size of Chicago, it's not as bad compared to other urban cities in US but for Fake and Racist Faux News, everything is about denigrating the city they don't like. The poorest cities and states in America with terrible crimes are Republican in Deep South and Appalachia.

Buddha, I disagree with you on that. The violence makes no sense but the young ones who have no sense of responsibility are the ones causing this problem. The Mayor and the Police Chief get a lot of blame on this. It all started yesterday evening in Englewood neighborhood on the South Side when a 20 year old guy engaged police in a shootout and people were saying the guy was 15 year old and unharmed. They sent their viral messages on social media and that's what led to the debacle today in Downtown and Near North Side of Chicago. It's been roundly condemned by all Chicagoans.

Presidents in America do not appropriate money and that's why Republican Ben Sasse of Nevada called out Trump. It will go to Federal Court and Trump will lose because the constitution is not on his side. He's not a Dictator although he think he's. That's one of the reasons he will lose on Nov 3rd.
