My source is also telling me, the recruitment is across all cadres.

U knw a lecturer of mine told me just last Friday that his salary increased since the introduction of ippis that the university was actually deducting their pay prior to ippis. Now they earn more which is a good thing for them.

Different strokes for different folks. A friend working in a northern university got his salary slashed by 70k+ on introduction to IPPIS.
