I don't know what Paul was referring to in his letter. I am not a follower of Paul, I am a follower of Jesus Christ. And since God spoke of His new Covenant through His prophets, and then we see that when the New Covenant arrived, He indeed validated the word that He, God had spoken to us through the prophets of the Old Covenant. And He is the word out of God's own mouth.. so whose report will you believe? God or man?

The Word of God was created to edify Christians. Distinguishing followers of Jesus Christ and followers of Apostle Paul, makes your arguments shallow.

As for the way God uses to reach His people? He has His ways. Just as He used the unbeliever, Cyrus the great, to free Israel from captivity and restore the glory of Jerusalem in the days of old, He still uses that which stands contrary to Him to bring about His Will.

Jesus Christ did not come to change anything about the old Covenant, remember? He came instead offering a New Covenant - complete with it's own Yoke and burden, only better than the Old Covenant. Jesus Christ preached His new Covenant to the Pharisees and the scribes.. Yes, everything He did with them, it was not to change the Old, but as part of establishing the rules/commandments of the New Covenant. He went into the temple, and the synagogue to preach His New covenant to the old guard as well - He was not there to change anything of the Old Covenant, His mission from the beginning was to teach the New Covenant. So, yes, even that which He spoke to the Pharisees about, all of it, applies to the New Covenant and not the old Covenant.

Now about the suggestion that Jesus Christ was speaking there of mere titles, I will say He was not simply on about the title there - It is about the role. Obviously, since he was speaking to the old MOGs, He was teaching as regards discipleship and the sort - and not terms of endearment we use for biological fathers and that lot. The Pharisees, and the Sadducees were known to have students and followers who referred to them as fathers, teachers, rabbis, etc. Jesus Christ established that none of that is part of His new Covenant, affirming God's word that He and He alone will be our Teacher, Father, Counselor etc.

Do you think God has needed you all this while to teach His word to whomever He Will? How did God reach me? He himself did it... He kept leading me and I followed the bread crumbs until voila.. He showed up one night in my life and has not left since then.

In the old Covenanent, there were MOGs, God himself installed many of them. But as far as the new Covenant is concerned, God instituted a changing of the guards.

As far as Jesus Christ is concerned, I can established that MOG refers to men/women who, in direct disobedience to the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ, install themselves in positions of power contrary to His teachings, i.e. Spiritual leaders/ Spiritual fathers/ Teachers/Prophets/Authorities/Rabbis/Guides/Helpers over God's people, assuming the place of God in the lives of those who belong to God, twisting his truth and words to create for themselves doctrines and traditions, which are far from the very teachings of Jesus Christ.
As for Paul, I don't have answers as to why his writings seem to stand in direct contradiction to many of God's teachings. It's been about 2000 years. The man's work could have been tampered with during that period, at least that is what I am leaning towards.

I don't believe the opinon of any man, not even Jeremiah. I believe in God though and I trust that God is indeed able to ensure that His word is correctly propagated from generation to generation, age to age. Yes, Test His word to find out for yourself. That is what I did and that is how I learnt what I know now. I went straight to ask Him to prove Himself and He did just that.
