La Liga or any other league title is almost as cherished and as valuable as the UCL and winning it should never be seen as a non factor in determining club success.

[b]How is it so convenient [/b]for people to forget that 2009 Barca won the treble twice a feat that eludes the almighty Real Madrid. Apart from coaching deficiencies after Pep left I think not having a clear goal haunted us as we were in the running for almost all trophies every season only to be short changed by fatigue to key player and a questionable squad depth.

Since i started supporting Barcelona many years ago, i have never ever been more afraid than what we will be facing on friday. No team has ever scared me the more than this year's Bayern munich. lol. my heart is literally pounding each time the time gets nearer. "someting in me keep telling me to accept defeat already. i have never felt this way before in my life. like accepting defeat for Barcelona even before kick off. well whatever happens on friday, we must move on but if a miracle happens then we thank the GOD of soccer. mere seeing the players of Bayern munich alone at the airport, gave me sudden fear than my spine. This is what the barca board has reduced 80% of the fans to. it is such a shame. E nor go better for the board members.

Besides, the dismantling of the squad i meant was rebuilding and overhauling. We have a couple of players over the ages of 30. We need to reduce that and add freshness to the team. Some players are now laid back, lacking motivation. We need to move those on.
